About our Founder

Developing leaders who are prepared to galvanize the essential components of leadership and augment their delivery to educators and the students they serve is the foundation of Leaders of Leaders and its entities. Kim currently serves as a District Lead Consultant with Learning Sciences International where she provides professional development and leadership coaching to educators across the nation.  Prior to joining LSI, she served as a classroom teacher, Curriculum Administrator, Summer School Site Supervisor and High School Principal during her 14 years with Cleveland City Schools.  As an educator, she dedicated 11 of those years to Alternative Education on a mission to expose students to enriched learning experiences that were not otherwise afforded. Her expertise in helping teachers and school leaders identify the components of rigorous instruction has been the conduit for schools to develop teaching strategies that meet the unique needs of today’s learner while enhancing student achievement, school climate and overall morale. Kim attended Cleveland State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Adult Learning and Development. Kim has 2 adult children and along with her husband, recently relocated to Sanford, Florida to escape the winter climate, be closer to her granddaughter Kelsey and, pursue her passion of developing leaders.
